MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS NOTICE
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and shipping locations. DELAYED DELIVERY NOTICE

ORDERING TERMS
To place an order:

SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Upon shipment, you will receive a notification from the courier service with tracking details. In the event of defective products, please contact us within 3 days, and returns must be completed within 15 days.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- No guarantee is provided for products beyond what is offered by the manufacturer.
- We do not provide product servicing or spare parts, except where available from the manufacturer.
- We do not accept returns of underwear or clothing if the packaging has been tampered with or the items have been used.
- If a product is proven defective, return shipping costs will be covered by us. If the product is found not to be defective, used, or the packaging is damaged, the return will be at the buyer’s expense.
- Defective products cannot be exchanged for different items or for a cash refund.
