If you receive a product and change your mind, an exchange will only be made after we have inspected the product and confirmed that the packaging is intact, the product is in excellent condition, and it has not been used, within 15 days from the day of shipment. You will bear the cost of shipping. There are no exchanges on underwear. No refunds are given.
We do not provide spare parts for products unless they can be covered by the manufacturer. An exchange is only made for a defective product, although an inspection is performed before shipping. You must contact us within 3 days to report the issue and the return will be processed within 15 days.
