Dispute Resolution
Dispute Resolution
At STELTON TRADING, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to resolve any disputes in a fair and efficient manner. In the event of a disagreement or issue arising from the use of our website or services, the following dispute resolution process will apply:
1. Initial Resolution Attempt
- Customer Support: If you have a concern or dispute related to your purchase or the use of our website, please contact our customer support team first. We encourage open communication and will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and amicably.

2. Mediation
- If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties may agree to attempt mediation. Mediation is a voluntary process where an independent third-party mediator helps the parties reach a mutually satisfactory agreement.
- The costs of mediation will be shared equally by both parties unless otherwise agreed.
3. Arbitration
- Mandatory Arbitration: If mediation fails or is not pursued, disputes will be submitted to final and binding arbitration. Arbitration will take place in Nicosia, Cyprus, under the rules of the Cyprus Arbitration and Mediation Centre (CAMC). Each party will bear its own costs of legal representation and arbitration, unless otherwise directed by the arbitrator.
- The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. By agreeing to arbitration, both parties waive their right to pursue litigation in court, except in very limited circumstances such as to enforce the arbitration award or to seek injunctive relief.
4. Governing Law
- All disputes and issues arising from or related to the use of this website, its services, or any purchases made through it will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. This includes disputes related to the adult industry, which are subject to Cyprus law provisions for adult products, consumer rights, and data protection.
- The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, for any actions that may be necessary outside the scope of arbitration.
5. Exclusion of Class Actions
- By agreeing to these terms, you agree that any claims or disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, collective, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, and representative actions are not permitted.
6. Notice of Dispute
- Before initiating any arbitration or legal proceedings, the party with a dispute must first notify the other party in writing. This notice should include the nature of the dispute, the desired resolution, and sufficient information for the receiving party to assess the claim. The recipient of the notice will have 30 days to respond before arbitration or legal proceedings can begin.
