All orders are processed the same day if they have been recorded in our system. Orders are shipped daily, except on Sundays and holidays, to the address you have specified.
Your delivery will be made within 24-48 hours from Monday to Friday and Saturday (only in central areas). You can pick up your package from any Akis Express store or partner (for Cyprus) and ACS (for Greece) and pay cash on delivery.
FOR CYPRUS:
For orders worth 20 euros and above, the shipping cost is free. Orders of value less than 20 euros will be charged an additional 3 euros. If you want the delivery to be made to your location, you will bear the costs which are 5 euros. Our products are carefully packaged in a way that does not allow prying eyes to know what they contain.
FOR GREECE:
PRODUCT SHIPPING: FIXED SHIPPING WITH ACS COURIER
The delivery time is 1-2 days (remote areas 2-3 days).
Shipping options with courier:
Delivery of the order to your place or the package remaining at the nearest ACS COURIER branch for up to 10 days at the latest, in case you want your package to remain for more days please contact us to arrange an extension of 5 days (AT THE LATEST) and in both cases, you will receive a message from the courier.
Courier charge:
€ 1 - € 20 = €12
€ 21 – € 49 = €9
€ 50 – € 99 = €6
€ 100 AND ABOVE = FREE
For delivery to your address, you will be charged an additional €2 regardless of the amount of your order.
